TALENSER respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal, professional, and corporate data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and how you can manage your data. The Platform is available only to users aged 18 years or older.

2.1 Personal & Identity Data: Full Name, Email, Phone, Date of Birth, Government-issued IDs (PAN, Passport, Driving License, National ID), Selfie verification for KYC.

2.2 Professional & Education Data: Resume/CV, Employment History, Educational Certificates, Skills & Competency Details.

2.3 Corporate Data: Company name, registration and incorporation documents, business licenses, tax or operational documents, company type and industry, official work email and contact information, shareholding structure, and authorized representative or signatory details.

2.4 Recruitment Agency Data: Agency or consultancy identity, business registration details, official work email domain, authorized representative details, client-facing recruitment information, verification documents, subscription details, and activity performed through agency workflows.

2.5 Expert Interviewer Data: Identity verification, Education & Experience verification, Employee ID/Corporate affiliation, AI interview evaluation data.

2.6 AI & Platform Usage Data: AI mock tests & interview recordings, Behavioral & compatibility scores, Interaction logs, timestamps, IP, and device info.

2.7 Payment & Transaction Data: Transaction ID, payment method type, Billing information, Payment confirmation status.

We collect and process data to:

• Verify identity, education, experience, and company details
• Verify Recruitment Agencies, authorized representatives, and legitimate platform access
• Deliver AI assessments, interviews, and simulation reports
• Match talent with companies and support expert-led interview workflows
• Prevent fraud, misconduct, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations including IT Act 2000 and DPDP 2023
• Improve and optimize Platform performance

Data is processed based on:

• User Consent
• Contractual necessity for subscriptions and enterprise services
• Legitimate business interests
• Legal compliance obligations

We may share your data with:

• Payment processing partners
• Identity verification and KYC partners
• Cloud and hosting providers
• Legal authorities as required
• Expert interviewers (only required assessment data)
• Verified Direct Employers and Recruitment Agencies, subject to candidate visibility choices, subscription permissions, and platform access controls

We do not sell personal or corporate data to third parties.

TALENSER may verify Recruitment Agencies before granting candidate-profile access or premium features. Verification may include business registration, company identity, legal and operational documents, authorized representative details, role association, official work email domains, and other supporting information reasonably required to prevent fraud and protect candidates.

Verified Recruitment Agencies may access candidate information according to the candidate's visibility choices, the agency's verification status, subscription level, platform permissions, and applicable law. Available information may include:

• Professional profile, skills, education, experience, and availability information
• Foundation and Applied assessment scores and evaluation breakdowns
• AI Structured Interview results and permitted interview artifacts
• Projects, certifications, and GitHub information where provided
• Identity-verification status without unnecessary disclosure of underlying identity documents

Recruitment Agencies may process candidate information exclusively for legitimate recruitment on behalf of authorized clients. They must not sell it, share it with unauthorized parties, use it for unrelated marketing, copy it in bulk, scrape it through automated tools, or retain or process it contrary to candidate instructions, TALENSER policies, or applicable privacy law.

For transparency, TALENSER may display whether an organization is a Direct Employer, Recruitment Agency, Verified Recruitment Agency, Consultancy, or Hiring Partner. Candidates may manage employer and agency discovery permissions independently from their dashboard, subject to legal retention and completed transaction requirements.

TALENSER may reject, suspend, restrict, or revoke an agency's verification or access where information is inaccurate, verification cannot be completed, candidate data is misused, jobs are fraudulent, employer identity is misrepresented, or law or platform policy is breached.

By creating a TALENSER profile, you acknowledge and agree that your profile information (such as your name, profile photo, skills, experience, projects, assessment scores, and other professional details) may be shared with prospective employers and hiring organizations for recruitment and hiring purposes.

To help connect you with relevant opportunities, TALENSER may also use your profile in marketing, promotional materials, talent showcases, and company outreach campaigns. Sensitive information, including your contact details, will never be shared publicly without your consent and will only be accessible to authorized companies in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your information will always be handled securely and used solely to support employment, hiring, and talent discovery purposes.

Data is retained:

• While your account is active
• For compliance with KYC/AML regulations (minimum 5 years)
• For fraud prevention and dispute resolution

Users may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

You may:

• Access and review your data
• Correct inaccuracies
• Request deletion or anonymization
• Withdraw consent where applicable
